License to publish: By submitting a manuscript to Journal by VISWAM PUBLICATIONS authors grant the journal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish the work. This license allows Journal by VISWAM PUBLICATIONS to distribute, reproduce, and display the article in various formats, including online, in print, and in archives, while ensuring that the author’s copyright is preserved.

2. Open Access and Reuse Rights

Open access publication: All articles published in Journal by VISWAM PUBLICATIONS are made freely available under an open-access model. Authors are free to share and reuse their work under the terms of the license they choose (e.g., Creative Commons), provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original publication.

Creative commons licenses: Authors are encouraged to choose an appropriate Creative Commons license for their work. The default license for all articles published in Journal by VISWAM PUBLICATIONS is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0 , specifically CC BY-NC-ND), which permits others to share, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as proper attribution is given.

3. Rights of Reuse

Author’s rights: Authors may reuse their published articles for personal, academic, or non-commercial purposes without requesting permission, including use in their own teaching, research, or institutional repositories.

Third-party reuse: Third parties wishing to reuse portions or the entirety of the article (e.g., in textbooks or commercial materials) must seek permission from the authors and/or the journal, in accordance with the terms of the chosen Creative Commons license.

4. Third-Party Copyrighted Content

Use of third-party material: Authors are responsible for ensuring that any third-party content included in their article (e.g., figures, tables, or excerpts) is properly licensed for reuse and that appropriate permissions are obtained for its publication. Authors must provide evidence of permission when submitting such content.

5. Modifications to Published Work

Post-publication changes: Authors who wish to make substantial modifications (such as adding co-authors or altering data) to their published work must contact the editorial office. These changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and if accepted, will be reflected in the article’s version history.

6. Journal’s Rights

Editorial control: While authors retain copyright, Journal by VISWAM PUBLICATIONS reserves the right to determine the layout, formatting, and presentation of articles to ensure consistency and readability within the journal.
